  21. Just joined this list, so if this is the dumb question of the week, SORRY :-)

  23. I'm new to LW, just having bought 3.5 Standalone (tired of waiting for 
  24. 4.0).  It runs fine on my old 1084, but crashes every time I try to use 
  25. it on my 17 SVGA...I haven't found any way to set it to use Euro72 or 
  26. Multiscan screenmodes, and I haven't got DblPal or DblNTSC working (yet??).

  28. Perhaps this is due to the inability of these modes to give me adequate 
  29. overscan (?), although I can get as far as rendering by promoting each 
  30. screen asked for by the program using pd software (NewMode).  However, 
  31. when I attempt to render, it crashes each time.

  33. I'm hoping someone may have a fix, or point out my error... I was hoping 
  34. to use the "big" screen.  Maybe I'll have more success with my soon to 
  35. arrive Retina BLT Z3, or with 4.0 (when it appears).  The main reason I 
  36. want to free up my 1084 is so I can use as a monitor for my VLab Motion 
  37. System (arriving this week I hope).
